Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order.
When your order ships
Orders confirmed (paid) before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 2pm, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with major carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx. As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the carrier service and your location. Your tracking link shows the carrier's estimated delivery date. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will help if a package stops moving.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can change the address only if the order has not shipped yet.
Delivery and responsibility
Responsibility for the package passes to you once the carrier marks it delivered. If it arrives damaged or never arrives, see our refund policy for what we do next.
