This page explains what information PeptiQ Labs collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Information you give us
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization (if provided), shipping address, any order notes, the products you order, and your confirmation that the purchase is for research use and that you are 21 or older.
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message. When you leave a review we collect the review text and the order it belongs to.
Payment information
If you pay online, your card or bank details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure form. PeptiQ Labs never sees or stores your full card or account number. We receive only a confirmation of the payment and a transaction reference.
If you pay by invoice or cryptocurrency, we keep the payment reference needed to match the payment to your order.
Website visits
We count how many people visit the site and which pages are viewed. We do not store your IP address. Each visit is recorded as an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
Information stored on your device
Your cart, your age and research-use confirmation (remembered for 30 days) and whether you have closed our offer pop-up are saved in your own browser. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you place an order. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
How we use your information
To process, invoice, pack and ship your order, to send order and tracking emails, to answer your messages, to confirm that orders are for research use, to prevent fraud, and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store: our website host, our email provider, our payment processor, and our shipping software and carriers, who receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your package.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may need to keep order records that the law requires us to retain. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights over your data. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Age
This site and our products are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and order data is kept in access-controlled systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
